Description: Baboon (god Thoth) playing a stringed instrument relief surrounded by hieroglyphics on a column in the forecourt of the Hathor Temple at Philae. Originally located on the island of Philae near the First Cataract. Largely flooded after the construction of the first Aswan damn in 1906, but rescued and relocated to the island of Agilkia in the 1960s in anticipation of the flooding from the High Aswan Dam.
